Hearts and Hands is a Reiki Wellness Center that strives to bring the healing energy of Reiki to everyone that wants to take an active role in their personal health and healing.

The Hearts & Hands Clinic is conveniently located at 8 Lincoln St. in Brunswick Maine, easily accessible to the Mid Coast Maine region. We offer traditional private sessions in our comfortable clinic as well as private sessions in your home or office. We are also experienced in providing hospital-based services to aid in the healing process.

We offer training workshops in Reiki levels I, II, and III, as well as Reiki Master training. Please contact us for more details.

Our experienced Reiki Master looks forward to working with you to gain optimal health and wellness through Reiki. We will happily travel to your location in the Mid Maine region including, Bath, Brunswick, Topsham, Harpswell, and Woolwich. We will work with you to provide a customized approach to an introductory Reiki clinic that will support the individual needs of your organization, or a full training workshop,

Other services at Hearts & Hands include NeuroMuscular Therapy, Guided Imagery, Therapeutic Massage, Spiritual Counseling, Hospice Support, CranioSacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Free Public Introductory Clinics, Monthly Shares for our students, and regular EMT/Medical Staff training.

Traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher Martha L. Spruce has been in practice since 1996. Some of our former students have joined the practice, which enriches the menu of services and also makes it possible to be of service to large groups wanting introductory clinics or training. Katheen Soreide, RMT, joined Hearts and Hands in 2001, Sandra Carslick, RMT, in 2004. Most recently, Penelope Markle, RMT, RN, MSN, MEd. has joined us in 2008. How fortunate we are to have these practitioners share their wide-ranging expertise with Hearts & Hands and our students and clients.

Reiki has graced lives with many gifts and the challenge to grow into new awareness and greater compassion. Through our practice we become more trusting in the power of Divine Love as the foundation of all healing. We welcome students of all faiths, recognizing that each belief system is an expression of truth. Reiki is our passion and our purpose.
